SIFUNA LOCKED OUT? Abikar Blocks Natembeya's UDP Takeover Plan — Who's Really Pulling Stri
Edwin Sifuna wanted UDP. Mohammed Abikar just slammed the door shut — and now Kenyan political circles are asking one loaded question: who's really blocking Sifuna from owning a party of his own? Is it Ruto? Uhuru? Kalonzo? Or is this UDP standoff exposing something deeper about Kenya's messy 2027 opposition realignment?
In this breakdown: Governor George Natembeya's bombshell radio announcement, Abikar's fiery "front door not backdoor" rebuttal, the late Cyrus Jirongo's succession battle, Sifuna's failed Linda Mwananchi rebrand, and why the IEBC clock is ticking faster than anyone in opposition circles wants to admit.
This is Kenyan politics at its most unpredictable — and the fool at the table might not be who you think.
